Description: Development and Investment Promotion of the State of Rio Grande do Sul. It is the structuring of treatment and improve the competitiveness and productivity of small and medium enterprises in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. The project will be theoretically supported by the pillars of Business Process Management, Organizational Project and Modelling, where concepts of Innovation and Cleaner Production will be incorporated. The specific goals of the project are:
Definition of Organizational Structure necessary to conduct the Productive Extension Program (since the Intelligence Core and Management Support - ICMS, until Productive Extension Cores - PEC).
Methodology for the achievement of Productive Extension Projects by PEC, considering a basic and intermediate approach.
Development of support tools for the implementation of the extension in relation to the basic approach.
Diagnostic tool to pass of the basic approach for the intermediate approach.
Control and Evaluation Instruments of the Productive Extension Program by ICMS.
